SNTC upload stuck 'in progress' for over 72 hours

Hello,

As per subject line we appear to have an upload that has got stuck. I don't see a way for us to cancel processing of this from the GUI and further uploads are not working because this one is still in progress. The inventory details tab of the upload appears to have the correct number of elements listed. Upload date time is 2017-04-19 08:47:04 although I don't know what time zone that is as it doesn't appear to match my local tz.

Thanks,

Dave

Yes thanks it did work eventually. Shame there's no progress meter or anything to prove its still working.

Dave

Hi Dave ,

You can see the upload status under "Upload Processing" Tab of SNTC .

Administration - > Upload Processing

Thanks,

Anusha.
