Hi,
We have SNTP upload in progress for several days. Also we noticed there are multiple uploads received but not processed. Is there a way to clear this condition?

As per our discussion, production team marked all uploads (10) failed except latest one. We are monitoring latest one for successful result. We will keep you update once result is available.
