I registered for the Smart Net total care portal 3 days ago.
Whenever I login I only see "Thanks for logging in, your account will be available within 24 hours. Check back later."
Is there something that can be done to resolve this?

Hi Jason,
Given CCOID is in Pending status as per our system. Which means user needs to accept term and condition which is sent to user in email during self-onboarding. In case if user have not received it, please click on below link and finish that steps.

Hi there,
Could you please help me look into this for Customer ID: 3428672
They logged into CSAM and are showing as the DA, but still show "Account setup in progress" on the SNTC portal.
They accepted T&C and used a valid Contract # and Serial Number.
Can we reset their setup/access?

Hi Customer,
Try below and if doesn't work, I would request you to open a separate post for easy use of post/thread.
Customer admin role for given user is ACTIVE and user should have access to portal. Please request user to clear cookie/cache and try in new browser. If issue persist, please initiate new post as mentioned.
