Hello, I am trying enable my access to the Smart Services Connection portal. I enrolled by providing a contract number and serial number. The system sent me an email to confirm my email address was legit. I clicked on the link and a web page opened telling me I had successfully enrolled.
Now when I go back to this site, I go to My Cisco Workspace and launch the application. It puts me on the promotion page and tells me to register!?! I click on register. It gives me an option to sign in or register. I click sign in. The app loading page opens again and it dumps me back to the promotion page. I click register again. Instead of clicking login, I click register. It tells me I am being redirected because I am already registered. And it dumps me back to the promotion page.
I am unable to get past the promotion page.
How do I fix this????
