Hi guys!
I'm having a problem with the collection of data on my CSCP. The collection and upload of data is going fine, the process run correctly and ends well, but in the portal I'm not getting any information about alerts. I can see information about contracts, the devices and parts, etc etc. The only thing that os missing is the alerts.

Hello There,
We are investigating the issue that you are facing with no alert reported for your inventory.
I noticed that there were a few uploads in the past. Do you remember seeing alerts back in May, 2018 when the first upload was processed on your account?

Hi,
Do we have a date on a fix for this. I have the same issue. I had alerts the other day but since the update I have no alerts at all and I really need the data.
This is a problem from ciscos end for sure. Any Date avaible for fix.

@networkteam_cdl : Your appear to be impacted due to the bug CSCvk22687
The issue is being worked upon actively by our Engineering Team, and we will get back once the fix has been applied.
In future request you to start a new thread for effective tracking and updates.
@ITBraulin & @molinait : There was a fix provided for your issue recently. Can you please push a new upload to help verify the same?
