Our only SNTC Designated Administrator left without a replacement. How can we assign a new DA for SNTC?

Thanks

Hello Shawn!

In this case, you have two options, you can follow these steps to open a TAC case so we can provide the DA access and have it tracked:

  1. Open a case with Cisco Support.
  2. Provide them with the name, email address, and Cisco.com ID of the new Designated Administrator.
  3. Cisco will then make the change on their end.

Please note that the new Designated Administrator should have a Cisco.com ID. If they don't have one, they should create it before you open a case with Cisco Support.

You can open a case with Cisco Support from their website (www.cisco.com) by going to 'Support' > 'Open a Case'. You might need your Cisco service contract number and other details related to your company's account.

Or you can provide me the info (Company name, company address, email address, and Cisco.com ID of the new Designated Administrator.) through an internal message and I can try to assist you with that.

Best regards
