Hello All!
Maybe someone can help me. I'm having trouble to associate my service contract number with my Cisco.com account. Actually I did associate, but I still can not use my Smart Net, a.g. I can not download new software releases and open TAC cases. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There are several "levels" of SNTC. If you can't open TAC Case, then the logical explanation is that the SNTC you've purchased is probably so basic that TAC Case &/or software download is not included.
