Unable To Access Firmware Software

Sir/Ma'am,

I'm unable to access the ATA 191 firmware after registering with the Cisco website. I just get a message informing me that it is taking more time than expected and to try again after 15 minutes. I have seen that others have had the same issue where someone has to fix their account so that they are able to gain access. Please advise.

I'm trying to access the customer portal and after I log in, I click on
the Customer Portal and it's still asking me to logon after which I see
the same screen:

I select "Go to Customer Portal" and then I get this screen:

followed by:


Please advise. I think there is an issue with my account on the Customer
Portal screen.

Please provide us the following details in PM(Private Message) so that we can proceed further on the issue : 

  • Company name 
  • Customer email address 
  • Customer CCO ID 
  • Contract number

I was finally able to access the customer portal setting up a new
account with a different email. I'm good to go now but I'm surprised
that Cisco customer support has really gone down hill recently.
