How are you?
After registering to the Smart Net Total Care Portal, and receiving the email saying it's ready, still getting I don't have access to the portal. If I try to register again, it says it appears I already have access to the portal, and redirects me to services.cisco.com which brings me to the same page saying no access.
The request was put in 48+ hours ago.
Please advice.
