Hey Guys,
I was told to open this post due to an issue with my account.
It seems that something with the sync between SNTC Portal and my account is off.
I was added to my company with the correct role assigned but when I try to access SNTC I get directly redirected to the register page. When I try to register myself to the portal/company, I get redirected again with the note that I´m already registered.
My Cisco contact told me you are able to fix the issue in the background?

8. Is there any user with working access? if so please share the CCOID/Email to.
