Unable to access SNTC Portal

Hi team,

Our custumer with the Cisco ID MichaelVargas21708 appear to be stuck in some type of loop when attempting to access the SNTC Portal.

He got access to the Dashboard for some seconds but it gets redirect to the main page again.

Please your help.

@jofrumki i'm having this issue too. username "softronicdrift", kommunikationsdrift@softronic.se. I'm trying to login, but whenever i do, i just get sent back to the main page.
