Unable to access SNTC portal

Hello, I´m unable to access SNTC portal, I already have a contract associated, but can´t access..  please help.

Hello,

Following is the resolution for this post-

Verified the details of the customer.
The customer was CA . Pushed a Manual sync as well.
The customer is now visible on the SNTC portal.
