When I try at access the SNTC portal thru Firefox or Edge, it takes me to the page monetarily and then loops me back to the registration page. I have had my account approved since MAR 15th. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I hope you are doing well.
I have checked in the Back end and it shows your role Active as SNTC CustomerUser ACTIVE.
Since we are impacted by the Bug https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwh03453 , I Have escalated this internally to be manually synced.
As long as I get this Sync manually done, I will let you know for you to verify the Access to the SNTC portal
