Unable to login SNTC portal

Hello,

 

I have problems login to the SNTC portal, the administrator gave me the permissions since yesterday. However, I still can't access. If I try to request access it tells me that I already have permissions and redirects me to the page, but when the page is displayed it says "You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection. You must be entitled to at least one Smart Services contract to request access"
