This appears to be issue with CSAM tool. I have engaged the concerned team to resolve the issue and have also requested to expedite the fix.

Dear User,
The CBR role checkbox should now be enabled. Please request DA to proceed with role-assignment and let me know if there are any issues further.
Please note that DA may get prompted to re-accept the legal terms when they log-into the portal.
