Updating the Delegated Administer

Hello, I am currently working on the portal setup for our company. We have a delegated Admin but I need to know how to get it changed to me or get me added as a delegated admin. I need to be able to add users to the portal for access. The delegated admin does not see anywhere in the portal where he can change me to the delegated admin.

An existing DA can (and should) nominate an additional DA in the Cisco Services Access Management application ( https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam ), via the "Administrators > Nominate an Administrator" menu option.
