Hi, I'm trying to upgrade my SCPC 2.9.1 to 2.9.1.1 but when I click on the upgrade I get an error " 500 The call failed on the server; see server log for details" . How do I resolve this ? Thanks in advance

Could you please confirm if you are trying to upgrade from GUI? I would suggest you upgrade CSPC from CLI.

Hi, Thank you for the reply. Yes I'm am trying upgrade the CSPC from the GUI. I'm also receiving an email from Cisco.com <bsd-it-support@cisco.com> with subject " Action Required to Download Cisco Software for your device(s). Is this normal? I'm not sure if this is a legit email from cisco.
