Upload processing for five days

is it normal that I have an upload processing showing "IN PROGRESS" for the last five days?

Hi User,

In very few cases , due to the heavy load on backend server or because of more number of devices in collection file it might take time to process the upload .

I noticed all the uploads processed successfully end to end in SNTC .
