I have 1 process that has a "FAILED" status and 2 that have "IN PROGRESS" status. Is there something wrong with the portal?

Hi Clark,
As discussed over PM It looked like we had multiple uploads in the backlog and it stalls when we try to keep uploading them at the same time. Uploads were processed successfully to the portal eventually.
