Upload Processing still stuck in "IN PROGRESS" after 4 days.

Greetings.

Our most recent upload has been in progress since Dec 5, 2016 09:25.  Could someone take a look at it?  Thanks.

I had done a few manual uploads before this one that worked fine.  This one was the first scheduled collection with upload.  I don't know if that matters.

We have manually uploaded the same file again and it processed successfully E2E.

I see that it failed with a processing end time of Dec 12, 2016 05:28.  Please let me know if I should just run the upload again or if I need to change something.
