Upload still processing on SNTC portal

Hello,

I did an upload on 2/7 and today it shows as "IN PROGRESS". I've done other uploads since then from the collector, but they do not appear in the portal (potentially waiting for this one to complete?). When looking at the collection itself in the portal, all individual items say DONE. Anything I can do to get a deeper status or push this thing along? I have a number of other scans to run. 

Also, another side question that may be related. I have multiple contracts however I only see one in the portal. I know some of the gear in that scan is associated to another contract. Is there a way to add another contract to the portal?

@taywelch, i got the email notification but cannot see your comment on the forum. to answer your question, I ran some more on the 8th but stopped once I saw none had made it to the portal.
