Upload stuck in processing for 24 hours

We have a customer who is doing their initial upload and it has been stuck for 24 hours in the system.  Since this is their smaller, "test" upload, is this a normal SLA?  If so, any ideas on what could be slowing the process down?  The customer successfully ran both a discovery and collection before uploading.

Hi ,

Could you please send me the SNTC portal UI screen shot without masking any details to "***" email ID for further check on the upload in case if still you cannot see the reports/uploads from portal UI.

Also based on the upload queue some time the uploads takes 24 to 48 hours of time to show the upload on the portal.
