Uploading fails to portal

I am trying to upload my CSPC data to the Cisco portal and i keep getting this error:

A connectivity exception occured while processing the request. The Exception is :: HTTPs TransportMode has Failed 503:Service Unavailable.  I will include a screen shot.

Hi Jeffery,

Please SSH into your collector and run the command "show date".

Your time needs to be synced up with our backend in order to process the upload. If the time appears to be off, run the command "timesync" and enter your NTP server.

I am having the same issue.

 

After I update the NTP server details time updated but it reverted back to a different time soon. Upload is failing as well all the time.
