Users Cannot login on Smart Net Total Care

Hi,

recently I've granted access to SNTC portal for 2 new users at Cisco Services Access Management. 

These user have received the confirmation email, but are not able to login on SNTC portal.

Additionally, on Admin Dashboard at SNTC, I still see one user I've removed access at CSAM and cannot see the 2 new user either.

Could anybody please advise?

After confirming the user details and a manual sync performed by Cisco, users are now active on the portal.
