VM Collector down

Team,

We have a VM collector which was shutdown during maintenance window and after the maintenance window  when we powered up its booting and requires password. When we enter the password it doesn't accept. Please help us in resolving the same.

Hello, can you post a screenshot of this password prompt?

The CSPC by default does not require a boot password.

Hi,

The file system got corrupted and we require to defragment the system and it asks for the root password to do the same. Kindly let us know how do we take this forward.

If you don't have the current root password to enter, then I'm afraid your only option is to deploy a new VM.
