Where to manually download jeos-30.1.0-0?

I am not a fan of the GUI upgrade, as I've yet to have a successful upgrade complete without involving TAC.  I would like to manually download the files as outlined in the Upgrade Guide for 2.8, but the files specified on page 20, steps 2 and 6, are not available on the Download Center page.  Where can I find the build file to extract the JeOS and Service Pack files without downloading the full-blown ISO file for a fresh install?

Cisco, please give us the option of manually patching our own systems without being forced to use your buggy GUI.
