Hello,
I am unable to log in at my company’s SNTC portal. Over a week ago, I was added as an administrator, have accepted the terms & conditions and am still getting redirected to the page that tells me “You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection”.
I am working on deploying CSPC collector VM but cannot proceed because of this. Please advise.

Hi,
We have assigned the user CA role and the user is able to access the SNTC portal.
