I am looking for some help on my account creation for SNTC. I went through the registration process yesterday and haven't heard back. While I might need to be a little patient, after registering the website said I would hear with 1 business day. I'm more concerned that I didn't register correctly. Is there someone here that can help? Thanks!

Hi stuckeysnewband,
We have successfully assigned the DA on the account . The role of customer admin has been provided to the user.
A manual sync has been done on the account to complete the manual onboarding for the user .
The user is visible on the SNTC portal as well.
