CSV file upload not showing

Hi -- Customer has tried to upload CSV file multiple times and does not get any error but no data is showing in the portal after multiple tries and multiple days. Screenshot attachedEnscoUpload.jpg

This is a known issue with the latest release of SNTC.
It’s currently being addressed via: CSCvg72649

This should be addressed shortly.

Hi Casey,

Because this bug is a Severity 2, the Cisco team is treating it with urgency, but we do not currently have a timeline.  Please check the link to the bug for updates.
