Hello,
Can someone help me with my customer. The director of IT wants to run SNTC collector, however, when he does it tells him that a user who is no longer with the company is the admin. He needs to have the old user removed and him added.

customer that is trying to login is ******. His email is his CCO login. Old admin was ******

Hi There, Jason should have access to both CSAM tool and SNTC Portal. You may ask him to verify and update me back if there are any issues.

Justy to confirm he should be able to run the SNTC collector now. Before it was prompting his old coworker that's no longer there to log in
