none of my active contracts are showing in https://services.cisco.com/.
attached is what is showing me in portal. please help in this regards

Hello Ayaz,
I looked at you company in the SNTC portal and I do not see any data. So it looks like we may not uploaded your installed base (IB). Once uploaded the IB will be shown and the contract data linked to the IB will be then shown. When did you preform the uploads?
Also I can see you have two Inventories (All Devices and IB). Are these inventories from a CSPC upload or from a .CSV upload?

Hi Tim,
you can upload IB at any time, also we used .CSV upload.

We still do not see the data from your .CSV file upload in the portal. Did you get any error messages (sometimes duplicate Serial numbers give errors) or success confirmation when you uploaded the file?

Hi Eyaz,
We are now seeing data under the Devices inventory. We also see contracts associated to this inventory.
Can you reload the .CSV file for IB inventory as this should be picked up.
