Issues Uploading to SNTC Portal.

Hello everyone, 

I have a customer that keeps receiving an Upload failed error where it keeps proceeding to display 'A connectivity exception occured while processing the request. The exception is HTTPs TransportMode has Failed 500 Internal Server Error.'

 

How would I best advise to proceed and fix this issue?
