The CCO ID of customer is "cco4dhair" which is the DA of the company name "DONGHAI AIRLINES COLTD" in portal.
But when I login in the Portal with my CCO ID, the contract numbers of those deices display correctly as below.
Could you help to assist?
Thanks very much.
Best regards,
Jingjing Hu

Hello Jingjing,
The behavior you describe is expected. Your customer cannot see the details of Partner Branded contracts because of the nature of the type of contract and their permissions. They would need to work directly with the partner to get the details.
You can see the details because with your Cisco permissions you can see all contract details regardless of type.
Note that I deleted the data you posted of your view because of the nature of the content not being access to all and this is a public forum.
Thanks,
Nathalie
