If yes, on the SAN-OS is this feature turned on by default as well?

SAN-OS does support CDP neighbors on the management ports as well as the Gigabit Ethernet ports. Not sure if it is enabled by defualt or not, thinking it is.

If you are looking to see other switches connected via Fibre Channel, you can use "show fcs ie" or "show topology" commands
