Hi, Thanks for response...
One more thing.... I dont want the erase the management IP address , rest everything should revert to factory default, because i am doing it remotely i need to login... is there any way to accomplish this.

If I do "write erase" whether this will erase the username / password also...

it will erase your password.
if you don't want to erase every thing, what you can do is, open you configuration with notepad and put "no" in front of the configuration line. and then paste it to the switch under configuration mode
