Is there an equivalent to netflow for the mds that will do what netflow does on Ethernet?
TIA

I think the Fabric Analyzer II will be used the same purpose as netflow.

Fabric Analyzer is embedded in the MDS platform. You can capture Fibre Channel control traffic from a switch and decode it without having to disrupt any connectivity, and without having to be local to the point of analysis. You'll use Ethereal to decode the encapsulated Fibre Channel frames on your PC.

Cisco MDS 9000 Port Analyzer Adapter allows local monitoring of Fibre Channel-2 (FC-2) to Fibre-Channel 4 (FC-4) layers and Enhanced Inter-Switch Link (EISL) headers with no interruption to traffic flow.

Cisco's Fabric Manager Server will collect and analyze historical MDS statistics.
