Nexus 5548UP to FEX2000 fabric link

Hi all,

I had setup and config the uplink for Nexus 5548UP and FEX Nexus 2248TP-E for my company

The transceivers we are using is SFP-H10GB-CU1M (Copper).

On the Nexus 5000, im able to view the transceivers details, Mode is fabric, status is up.

However on the FEX 2248TP-E, Its display transceiver is not applicable, Mode is access, status is down (Link not connected)

Can anyone pls advise me what is going on and how do I go about rectify this issue?

Does SFP-H10GB-CU1M (Copper) supported in FEX 2000? Is there any additional steps to config for the FEX?

As per Cisco document is showing it's support SFP-H10GB-CU on FEX 2000:
