Zone Troubleshooting Storage cant see Host

I noticed the other day some paths down on our datastores in vcenter. So I look around and check the zone and it looks fine. The zone is active and in the correct vsan. Both devices are logged in and communicating with other devices no issues. The host can communicate with other storage devices in the same zone set and the storage device can connecet to other hosts in the same zone. When I look at the storage device (IBM FLASH 840) It shows a list of all of our ESXI host and their HBAs. All are green but a few hosts. Some ports are up and others are down.

I took the host with both ports down and deleted the zone. I recreated the zone with a different name and added the fcalias back to the zone and still nothing. I removed the fcalias and added devices alias to the zone and still no luck. I did this via CLI and Fabric manager. I verified all ports are the same not to mention the devices work fine with other devices.. .I'm lost. Any ideads?

I changed the pwwn and names around a bit if you see something off it could be that. all of the fcalias' work in other zones.

Zone:

zone name z_ESX01_HBA2_IBM_840 vsan 5

fcalias name ESX01_HBA2 vsan 5

fcalias name FLASH_840 vsan 5
