A problem to configure VLANs on SFE2010

Hi!

I have a problem to configure SFE switch. I want to setup switch in that way: ports 1-10 - VLAN10, 11-20 VLAN20 and ports 21-30 to VLAN3.

I want to have only an access from VLAN 30 to VLAN10 and 20 (by changing IP on computer's NIC). Used IP address on VLAN10 10.0.0.0/16 and VLAN20 192.168.10.0/24

Is it possible to setup it on that switch?
