can I import from sf-302 to cbs-350??

We have an SF-302-08P switch.

Can I export its configuration, then import this exported configuration into a Cisco CBS-35O-8P-2G-NA switch??

How should the SF-302 config be exported?? -- exclude, encrypted, plaintext??

And how should it be imported?? -- running, startup, backup??

Not that i am aware its compatable. i suggest to do offline - if you looking to upgrade the kit.

This is not an upgrade.

302 switch will remain in use, 350 is an additional switch within which we want the same/similar config as the 302.

350 switch is newer than 302 switch.

as i mentioned not that i aware it support -

Other note - when you backup and restore on new device, that will conflict with Live device configurtaion, which may cause exiting network go down.

Rather i suggest  good approach is, take the configuration from OLd switch - show run  - from cli ( copy in to notepad,) tweak the IP / hostname other information and Paste in to new device ( Try to add few  line at a time, so if any information not accepted can be noted and fixed easly)  - is this works ?
