dear all,
I have done a factory reset on my cisco catalyst 9200L-24P with the command: factory-reset all
Now I want to load a ios from a usb stick, but it is not loading. the switch is not reading the usb stick and is stuck at the rommon mode.
Copying trough xmodem didn't helped also. Getting the following error:
switch: copy xmodem: flash:cat9k_lite_iosxe.16.12.01.SPA.bin
Unsupported destination device/filesystem.
please help!

"xmodem"? Wow. That's an archaic command that is no longer relevant.
Try the command "copy usbflash0:cat9k_lite_iosxe.16.12.01.SPA.bin flash:".

thank u sir, the IOS is loaded.
I have used the following command.
boot tftp://TFTPSERVER_ADDR/cat9k_lite_iosxe.16.09.02.SPA.bin
But now I cannot login in the web interface with the default credentials ( username cisco or webui and password SERIAL NR ).

Flash is Read Only, you cannot copy anything to that.
switch: dir
usage: dir <path-to-directory>
supported filesystem(s):

switch: set IP_ADDRESS x.x.x.x/y.y.y.y
doesn´t work, you have to set it without "/".
switch: set IP_ADDRESS x.x.x.x y.y.y.y
Emergency-install command not found by the switch!
switch: emergency-install tftp://a.b.c.d/cat9k_lite_iosxe_npe.17.03.03.SPA.bin
Error: command 'emergency-install' not found. Use 'help' to list commands.

This switch failing to boot normally and falling into bootloader (switch:) prompt. We try to flash it from USB and through TFTP but it always gets stuck with message “Mainboard hardware authentication failed. Abort init….”
