Can i stack two c9200 using lan ports not stack kits ? If so can someone provide me link with instructions.

No it is not possible. C9200 series switches typically support stacking using dedicated stack ports.

No, it is possible.

Cat 9200 do not support Flexstack you think the way,

instead you can do port-bundling - Layer 2 if you like to extend the VLAN (that does not replace stacking technology) - that is option you can have.

High end cat 9k series use data port for stackwise virtual 

But this sw 9200L dont have this feature
