Catalyst 1300 Chain

Hello everyone,
We have three switches, and two are connected via FC to our core; the connections are fine.

Now I want to connect the third one to one of the other switches, either via FC or copper.

I can't get the settings to be able to connect all of the switches.

Our "offline" switch is manageable via Telnet.

What needs t"o be set on the port for it to work?

switchport mode trunk
switchport trunk allowed vlan 111,882-883

Currently, both are configured as trunks with the same permitted VLAN.

"online switch"
Interface GigabitEthernet1/0/1

Switchport Trunk Allowed VLAN 111

"offline switch"
Interface GigabitEthernet1

Switchport Trunk Allowed VLAN 111

that should work , not sure what switch model.

Try not to use management port like GigabitEthernet1(i assume) - use other ports front side ports Gi 1/0/1 (example)
