CBS250 management address question

Anyone know how to do this ???

I have 4 CBS250 switches connected together (call them SW1-4)

On SW1, port 8 is feed trunked cable with 5 VLANS (call them A,B,C,D,E)
port 7 is trunked and passes on all 5 Vlans to SW2

On SW2, port 8 is trunked receiving all 5 Vlans (A,B,C,D,E)
port 7 is trunked and passes on all 5 Vlans to SW3

On SW3, port 8 is trunked receiving all 5 Vlans (A,B,C,D,E)
port 7 is trunked and passes on all 5 Vlans to SW4

On SW4, port 8 is trunked receiving all 5 Vlans (A,B,C,D,E)

Now I want the management address for SW1 to be an address
in Vlan A

I want the management adddress in SW2 to be an address in Vlan B
I want the management adddress in SW3 to be an address in Vlan A
I want the management adddress in SW4 to be an address in Vlan C

Anyone know how to accomplish this ?
I think I have to do something with Vlan 1 and sort of "tie it"
to the appropriate trunked Vlan somehow ????

So if anyone else runs into this issue.....

The problem was that the "Smartport" feature was chainging things "behind my back".

Once I turned "Smartport" off [ I guess sometimes it's just not that smart ] things

started to work. To accomplish what I wanted to do you:

1. Turn Smartport off

2. Go to IPv4 Configuration->Ipv4 Interface and add an interface selecting the VLAN that you want to use and specifying the IP address.

You can have multiple "management addresses" with one per Vlan.

Sometimes smart ports may be tricky to implement. In case you are confident in your topology and network deployment i.e. what device to which port is connected you would better disable smart ports. Here is an article that describes that functionality:
