CBS350 - Switch down after disabling Smartport globally

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on this issue.

I have a CBS350 24FP-4G installed on a customer's premises with entirely Cisco Catalyst 3750Xs and 1000s.

After disabling SmartPort globally via the GUI I can no longer reach the switch on it's previous manangement IP address. The switch prior was working as expected.

I can still see the switch via CDP and get the following output:

Device ID: dc053987bff3
Entry address(es):
  IP address: 10.1.1.6
  IPv6 address: FE80::DE05:39FF:FE87:BFF3  (link-local)
Platform: Cisco CBS350-24P-4G (PID:CBS350-24P-4G), Capabilities: Router Switch IGMP
Interface: GigabitEthernet1/1/4, Port ID (outgoing port): gi28
Holdtime : 164 sec

Version :
3.0.0.69

advertisement version: 2
Native VLAN: 1
Duplex: full

 Thanks, Liam

After power cycling the switch it is now functioning normally and Smartport is still enabled.

This thread details something similar on the older family. Looks to me that this is a bug as my manual configuration should allow it to work just fine unless I'm misunderstanding something.
