cisco 220 24p - Illegal software format

i'm try to update software for switch 220 24p had old version to latest version, but always has same message (Illegal software format) .. any help !!

  - The problem comes from the fact that at a certain time  for new images the software format was changed and you need to be 
at a certain release first to be compatible for a next upgrade ; for an example have a look at :

try using different browser and download fresh copy and try again.
