Hello, I encountered a problem with Cisco 350-48P-4G. After unpacking it from the box, and updating a firmware to 3.2.0.84 from web, it rebooted and stucked at booting. When I connect with console cable and see this:

MCU firmware upgrade. Please DO NOT power off or reboot the device during MCU firmware upgrade.
This might take few minutes.
I also tried turning it off and on and resetting to factory settings but none of it helps. What could be the problem ? Thanks

- You need to engage Cisco on this : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/web/tsd-cisco-small-business-support-center-contacts.html , or it could be that the device needs to be replaced. As with this part of the error ..>...component Erhai FPGA. It points to the hardware : FPGA's re-configurable logic circuits that allow a developer to create circuits with very specific and dedicated functions. So it looks like a hardware problem,
