cisco cbs250 managed switch voice and data vlan configuration

hello guys,

i have a cisco cbs250 managed switch and i want to configure the ports for both access and voice. i have a vlan 10 for data and i have set up a dhcp server on the core switch to give the pc an ip address. i have another vlan 50 for voice and whenever i plugged them both on the port one of them got disconnected, i tried this method https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/smb/switches/Cisco-Business-Switching/kmgmt-2258-voice-vlan-configuration-on-the-cbs250-350-series-switches.html and it worked just fined, however, the vlan 10 not working anymore! i start getting ip from the default vlan 1 subnet.

i will advise disabling smart port globally :

Save and commit and reboot the device, and configure voice and data VLAN and test it

still issue post-show run config from the command line.

i still have same issue,

whenever i try to add both ports (10) for data and (50) for voice i got the vlan 10 disconnected with (UI) tag next to the vlan meaning untagged, inactive.
