Cisco SG200-26 with same Internet on 4 VLANs

Hallo,
i bought a used Cisco SG200-26 Switch, with which I want to use 4 VLANs.
VLAN100 Ports 1-6
VLAN200 Ports 7-12
VLAN300 Portd 13-18
VLAN400 Ports 19-24
I set that up and created it works so far.

I connected the Lan Port2 from the Modem (AVM Fritzbox 5530) to the Port1 from the SG200.
Now all devices from VLAN100 have internet
What do I have to do now that all other VLANs also have access to the "same" Internet?

I read earlier that only the Cisco SG300 can do that, is that really correct?
Would be a shame if the SG200 couldn't do that

You need to  configure "Fritzbox 5530" for the other VLAN IP address to be Network address tranlation.

if this swich acting as Layer2, then Fritzbox 5530 need to Layer 3 interface so they can reach internet.

Hi @balaji.bandi ,
The Fritzbox-5530 have only 1 IP and does not support VLANs.
So you mean I need 4 own IP ranges directly from the Modem?
The SG200 does not create this to work for my 4 VLANs, right?
Does the SG300 create IP-Ranges?

I do not have experience with Fritzbox-5530

SD 200 /300 are just Switches, they do not do any Network Address Translation.

The SG200 does not create this to work for my 4 VLANs, right?
Does the SG300 create IP-Ranges?

You can create more VLAN Range, but you need some device to do Network Address Translation to reach internet.

Other way i can think is you can do subnet same IP range which is configured on Fritzbox-5530

example :

192.168.1.0/24 in small subnet

allocated the IP to VLAN Interface in the switch

is this something works for you ?

sorry, I don't quite understand what you mean?
You mean, I could use the same IP range for all VLANs.
Do I understand this right?
Or what did you mean with the example?

If the VLANs all had the same IP range, that would be no problem for me, if this work?
But how can i do this?
But the VLANs are still separated?
So devices from VLAN200 can not see Devices in VALN300, right?

Lets make it simple if your broadband router can not support this, the model of switch is just switch, can not do Network address translation.

as suggested you can make all in one VLAN1 , may be limited ACL if you likking any security between devices ( like you want to create more VLAN for segmenation)

Hi Lukass2000,

With the equipment, you do have currently there is not much you can do. Your Internet Gateway (router/security appliance) must support VLANs and NAT to have that functionality with the VLAN segmentation and internet access. With the Fritzbox deployed, I can't see another option rather than a flat network (no VLANs) with all devices part of one VLAN.

Martin
