Hi,
After updating the firmware from 1.3.7 to 1.4.86, the switch is not recognizing any Ethernet connection to it. Also the reset button is not working after the upgrade. Any ideas would be useful.

I would look in the manual. You probably can use the console cable to restore the switch.
